We would like to invite you to participate in the 2018 National Shorei Goju Ryu Seminar.

The seminar will consist of several sessions, with multiple instructors teaching different topics each session. Check back soon for further details and a schedule of activities.
Topics will include: Karate Etiquette, Basics, Grappling, Self-Defense, Team-building Drills, Small Circle Jujitsu, Boxing, Innovative Bunkai, Sparring Drills, and more!.
